| T0012 - 'Service log states: Error purging log record. Currently locked by user admin.' |

Cause:
- A lock file was not properly removed. This is caused if the Chaperon service is not shut down properly because of power loss to the server or by forcefully stopping the Chaperon service.
Solution:
- Stop the Chaperon service.
- Navigate to the Chaperon Proxylog directory. Default path is C:/Program Files/Chaperon2000/ProxyLog/.
- Locate a file named c2k_logger.lck
- Do Not Delete c2k_logger.dat. Delete c2k_logger.lck
- Restart the Chaperon service.
