When you use Surrogate Socket to connect to your Citrix behind Microsoft Proxy Server, or use Surrogate Socket on an NT Server as an intermediary between your Citrix and your Citrix clients, you must configure your Citrix ICA client to go through Surrogate Socket.

Open your ICA client with notepad. Your file SHOULD look something like this (where xxx.xxx.xxx.xx is your proxy's / NT Server external IP address):
