Pre-Installation Notes:

	ISA Server MUST have the firewall service installed before Surrogate Socket 5.0 can operate.
	The Surrogate Socket 5.0 installation program will cycle ISA Server's Firewall Service.

Installation Instructions:

	Download Surrogate Socket 5.0
	Either disable SOCKS V4 or set SOCKS V4 to use an alternate port.  This can be done under ISA Management > Extensions > Application Filters.
	Install Surrogate Socket 5.0.

Post-Installation Notes:

To grant access via Surrogate Socket 5.0, users must be allowed under ISA Management>Access Policy>Protocol Rules

After installation, if users are allowed under protocol rules, but still cannot utilize SS5, try cycling the ISA's firewall service again.
